Are the items new?

Items are a mixture of new and pre-loved products. Some pre-used products may have minimal wear, however, our team has carried out extensive checks to ensure these products are still in good condition and ready to look the part in your home.

When do I pay?

Make your first monthly payment upfront when you checkout, then pay monthly in advance starting from one month after your item is delivered.

What happens at the end of my plan

You can either arrange for your items to be collected, extend your plan, buyout the item, or simply keep making your monthly payments. If you ever pay the equivalent to the total buyout price in monthly payments, the item is yours for good!

Will I ever own the item?

If you decide you love an item and want to keep it, you can buy it out at any point in time, with all previous monthly payments counting towards your purchase. Best of all, you’ll never pay more than the buyout price.
